The New Dewalt DCD999 is part of the Flexvolt Advantage range of 18v tools. Flexvolt Advantage tools are designed to identify Flexvolt batteries when in use and draw a higher current than a normal 18v machine is capable of. This in conjunction with the high power density brushless motor allows for more power and efficiency.Â

The 3 speed metal gearbox offers the correct speed for the application at hand. The Drill is supplied with a new extended handle with a metal collar to manage the increased torque levels.
